I believe there is another level in every leader.

For more than a decade, I have worked at the intersection of human resources, workforce development, higher education, leadership, and organizational strategy. Throughout my career, I've served in leadership and consulting roles that have allowed me to recruit talent, develop leaders, strengthen workplace culture, and support organizations through growth and change. I am also the bestselling author of Deliberate Voices: A Guide for Every Corporate Woman to find her Voice, her Value, and her Confidence, and Create the Life and Business She Desires, a book born from my passion for helping people find the confidence to use their voice with purpose.

As I worked alongside leaders across industries, I began noticing something that statistics alone could never explain.

I watched incredibly capable women excel in their areas of expertise. They were intelligent, hardworking, and committed to excellence. Many were leading teams, managing departments, and making meaningful contributions. Yet I also witnessed women who felt overlooked, undervalued, or hesitant to fully own the space they had earned. Some struggled to be heard in rooms where decisions were being made. Others held leadership titles but had never been equipped with the confidence, tools, or support to lead effectively. Sometimes they were the only woman in the room. Sometimes they questioned their own value before anyone else had the chance to.

I know that feeling because I've experienced it myself.

Those experiences challenged me to develop strategies that strengthened my own confidence, sharpened my leadership, and reminded me that my value is not determined by someone else's recognition. That personal journey eventually became a professional calling.

Today, I create intentional leadership experiences that help individuals lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

While women remain at the heart of much of my work, my passion extends beyond individuals. I also partner with organizations, educational institutions, and leadership teams to strengthen workplace culture, develop leaders, improve employee engagement and retention, and create environments where people and organizations can thrive together.
